Job summary

24 Hour Fitness Oxnard is seeking an Overnight Sales & Service Specialist to provide exceptional member engagement, greet guests, and support check-in while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

You will answer membership questions, present club amenities, and guide members to the right services, including Personal Training and add-ons. Prior overnight experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• CPR & AED certification.
• SSO training prior to working alone.
• 6-12 months of customer service experience.
• Overnight shift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and check-in, providing prompt attention to needs.
• Resolve member concerns and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe club environment on the floor and in locker rooms.
• Conduct tours and onboarding for new or prospective members.
• Promote Personal Training options and Add-On Memberships.
