Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a part-time Client Care Specialist for Fri & Sat overnights 11pm–7am, offering $21/hour. The role focuses on compassionate, client-centered care within the Life Renewal/IOL program and requires strong observation and de-escalation skills.

The job includes shift responsibility for safety, medication oversight, and providing spiritual support as requested, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven workplace.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet at least one requirement: health/human services degree, or one year of experience with vulnerable adults, or mental health certified peer specialist.
• Commitment to MnTC's Culture of Honor & values in every client interaction.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid MN driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients on living and programming floors during shift.
• Serve as the first point of contact for questions or concerns, escalating as needed.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and orderly floor environment. Observe and document client conditions.
• Complete daily facility logs, shift reports, and client safety updates.
• Assist in client intake and discharges and supervise medication administration.
