Job summary

MN Adult and Teen Challenge is seeking a Client Care Specialist for a Fri & Sat overnights shift (11pm–7am) at $21/hr. This mission-driven role centers on compassionate, client-centered care within the Life Renewal/IOL program, ensuring safety, supervision, and escalation as needed.

The CCS supports clients on living and programming floors, documents shifts, administers medications, and assists with admissions and discharges.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort and compassion in working with individuals facing life-controlling challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate MnTC's Culture of Honor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program with encouragement and oversight.
• Maintain a safe, calm, and orderly floor environment during shifts.
• Administer and supervise medication and document accurately.
• Transport clients using MnTC vehicles and support programming activities.
• Provide spiritual support and prayer upon client request.
• Communicate client updates to the care team for continuity of care.
