Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking an Overnight Withdrawal Management Technician for our Minneapolis withdrawal management clinic. This full-time role supports safe, person-centered care, monitors clients, assists with ADLs, and collaborates with nursing and medical staff in a licensed setting.

Shifts run Sunday–Thursday 10:00pm–6:00am, with additional overnight coverage as needed. Candidates should have a high school diploma, healthcare experience, and CPR/First Aid certification or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of healthcare or recovery services experience preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or must obtain prior to care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients for changes and report to clinical staff.
• Document vital signs and observations per program policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living and maintain a safe environment.
• Support client care plans and coordinate with nursing staff.
