Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Client Care Specialist to lead and support clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program. You will provide encouragement, guidance, and oversight of activities during shifts, acting as the daily presence on the floor to ensure a safe, compassionate recovery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfort and compassion in working with individuals facing life-controlling challenges.
• Ability to calmly de-escalate and manage difficult client situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clients in the Life Renewal/IOL program with encouragement and guidance.
• Monitor floor environment and respond promptly to issues during the shift.
• Supervise and process client medication and ensure safe self-administration.
• Provide transportation for clients using MnTC vehicles as needed.
• Support client intake and discharges and maintain daily facility logs.
