Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Client Care Specialist to support the Life Renewal/IOL program with encouragement, guidance, and daily floor supervision. You will be the consistent presence, helping clients stay on track toward recovery while responding to emergent needs.

The role requires compassion, observational skills, and the ability to de-escalate and coordinate with the care team. A high school diploma or GED and a MN driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• One of: intended BA/BS/AA in health or human services; or one year with vulnerable adults; or MH-certified peer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care and maintain floor safety.
• Support living and programming on shift with client-centered approach.
• Monitor client wellbeing and communicate with care team.
• Assist in intake/discharges and medication supervision.
• Support spiritual activities and trauma-informed care.
