Job summary

Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver in Medford, OR to provide direct care for residents in our Assisted Living and Residential Care Communities. You will assist with daily activities, monitor health changes, and communicate observations to the team to support residents’ independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience with seniors recommended.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, and getting to activities and meals.
• Medication setup and administration, when needed, after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner in accordance with policy.
• Report changes in residents' health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Assist with meals and dining room assistance.
• Attend staff trainings and participate in in-service meetings.
