Job summary

Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver in Grants Pass, OR to support residents with daily living activities and meals. You will observe health changes and report them to the supervisor while maintaining compassionate, person-centered care.

Must have a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of relevant experience, basic computer skills, and current CPR/First Aid plus Food Handlers cards. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience with seniors.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards (can be obtained during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required (onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plan.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records promptly per policy.
• Report health/behavior changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with meals.
• Prepare and cook food per posted menus; help with meals.
• Assist with daily activities and document participation.
• Attend trainings and meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
