Job summary

Senior Housing Managers is seeking a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide in Bend, OR. This role works closely with residents to support daily living activities, monitor health changes, and communicate with the team to ensure appropriate action.

You will assist with meals, medications after training, document updates, and help maintain a clean, safe environment. Training is provided; CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers cards are required or obtained during hiring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One to three months' experience with seniors preferred.
• Basic computer skills and CPR/First Aid and Food Handlers training may be required.
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per service plan.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records per policy.
• Report changes in resident health or behavior to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly living environment.
• Prepare and serve meals and assist with dining.
• Attend trainings and in-service meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
