Job summary

Senior Housing Managers in Grants Pass, OR is hiring a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide to support residents in our Assisted Living and Residential Care communities. This full-time role requires compassion, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to evolving resident needs.

Training is provided; CPR/First Aid and Food Handler cards are required or can be obtained during onboarding. You will assist with daily living activities, medication setup, charting, meals, and activities, while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months experience working with seniors is preferred.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handler cards are required or can be obtained during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion.
• Medication setup and administration after training.
• Update resident records in a timely manner per policy.
• Report changes in residents' health or behavior to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with meals and laundry as needed.
• Prepare and cook meals following posted menus and assist with serving.
• Support daily activities and participate in staff trainings.
