Job summary

Pacific Living Centers in Medford, Oregon seeks a Universal Caregiver / Medication Aide to support residents with daily activities and med administration after training. You’ll observe health changes, report to supervisors, and help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.

Onboarding includes Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training and Oregon Care Partners program; ongoing education and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training with seniors.
• CPR, First Aid and Food Handlers cards are required (can be obtained during hiring).
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training is required as part of onboarding.
• On-going training provided to ensure state regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Medication setup and administration after training."
• Update resident records promptly according to policy."
• Report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to supervisor."
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; perform housekeeping duties as required.
