Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight and independently.
• Maintain safe food handling and sanitation.
• Able to operate bakery equipment and maintain areas.
• Able to stand for 4–8 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Produce donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels and other prep items.
• Maintain ovens, freezers, production area and bakery cases.
• Ensure all food safety standards and labeling.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
