Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking an overnight baker to produce donuts, muffins, and other items for the restaurant. You will maintain ovens and equipment, ensure cleanliness, and stock bakery areas while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

The role requires reliability, strong teamwork, and the ability to work through late-night hours. Training is provided and growth opportunities are available within Coastal Franchising, LLC.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overnight hours (8pm–5am).
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be clean, organized and follow food safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Overnight production of donuts, muffins and other bakery items.
• Maintain ovens, equipment and bakery area; ensure cleanliness and stock.
• Follow brand recipes, standards and safety protocols.
• Assist with setting up bakery cases and serving product.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and sanitation guidelines.
