The Night Auditor position at Residence Inn Louisville (Highgate) is responsible for reconciling cash transactions, reviewing and compiling management reports, and ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger entries. He or she will communicate concerns to management and perform guest service duties as needed.

Key responsibilities include guest check-in/out, handling reservations, updating daily reports, and auditing cashiers; the role requires late shifts and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Late/Overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings.
• Review, organize and compile daily management reports.
• Audit and reconcile Front Desk and Food & Beverage cashiers' work.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Operating Reports and Month-end reports.
• Input and update financial information into corporate systems.
• Maintain communication with management about issues and deviations.
