Job summary

The Galt House Hotel in Louisville, KY is seeking a Front Office Night Audit Agent to ensure accurate nightly balancing of cash, credit, and guest accounts while delivering personalized service to each guest.

Responsibilities include posting charges, auditing reports, resolving discrepancies, and assisting guests and team members as needed. May also support front desk and concierge tasks as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of guest service experience preferred in hospitality.
• Strong communication and math skills; ability to balance cash and postings.

Responsibilities

• Count and balance cash, credit cards, and direct bill accounts.
• Close, balance, and correct guest accounts as needed.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations and adjust when required.
• Complete audit reports and verify room rates posted to guest accounts.
• Post room charges, taxes, and track front office statistics.
