Qualifications

• Night auditor duties include balancing duties, daily paperwork, and shift reports.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests; handle check-ins/outs and reservations.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and process guest payments.
• Provide guest service while coordinating with hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Count cash and ensure cash drawer accuracy at start and end of shift.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and desk staff.
• Maintain lobby area and assist guests with hotel services and directions.
