Job summary

The D in Las Vegas is seeking a Night Auditor to perform mandatory daily audits for the Hotel Department and ensure accuracy of guest charges.

You will enter and confirm reservations, handle settlements, check no-shows, and work with the Sales team on group billing, while supporting a safe, clean environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours are required. Strong bookkeeping, math, and MS Office skills plus English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Knowledgeable of company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
• Knowledgeable in LMS systems.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and oral.
• Basic math and budgeting skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Excellent bookkeeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Check audit work and ensure accuracy of guest charges.
• Enter and confirm reservations in the system for guests and events.
• Audit Settlement Control and no-shows.
• Verify Gift Card, online, and room reservation billing.
• Resolve credit card disputes with guests.
• Work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Finalize third-party invoices and group billing with Sales.
• Maintain safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
