Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Close out the day’s transactions and balance hotel accounts.
• Run end-of-day reports and verify accuracy of transactions.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs with accurate billing.
• Prepare nightly financial reports including room revenue and folios.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth night operations.
• Maintain security and protect guest information.
