Job summary

HHM Hotels in Philadelphia is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and prepare nightly reports. You will also handle Guest Service Agent tasks, check guests in/out, and respond to inquiries to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a high school diploma, prior night audit or accounting experience, and solid computer/Excel skills. Training on FSD will be provided within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly.
• Maintain files and reset systems for the next day.
• Perform Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit credit cards.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward improving satisfaction.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
