HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor in the United States, Virginia area. The role balances revenue, settles accounts nightly, and resets systems while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, record keeping, daily reporting, cashier and card reconciliation, and guest check-in/out support. The position requires basic computer/Excel skills, and a High School diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and basic arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card transactions.
• Input and update financial information into BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and assist Guest Service Agents.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support efforts to improve guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and perform other duties as required.
