Highgate Hotels in Exton, PA is seeking a Night Auditor to reconcile cashier transactions, prepare management reports, and support guest services. The role includes check-in/check-out assistance, reservation handling, and daily accounting tasks to ensure accurate guest billing and city ledger accuracy.

The position requires attention to detail, ability to multitask, and flexibility for overnight shifts. This is a full-time, hourly role at our Residence Inn Exton location with benefits package

Formación

• Guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to read financial reports and perform basic arithmetic.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and audit daily cash reports.
• Prepare and distribute Daily Operating Reports and other required reports.
• Assist front desk with check-in/check-out, reservations and guest inquiries.
• Audit and reconcile credit card transactions and related ledgers.
• Maintain accurate financial information in corporate systems and communicate issues to management.
