Sonesta Hotels International Corporation is seeking a Night Audit Supervisor to balance all hotel income and expenses for each 24-hour cycle and to serve as a Guest Service Agent on the overnight front desk. The role includes acting as the system liaison and opening tickets with Opera during night hours.

The position requires a high school diploma, strong English communication, and familiarity with hotel accounting processes; prior hotel experience is preferred, with opportunities to advance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reading, writing, and strong English communication are essential.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance and audit room revenue, taxes, and related reports for accuracy.
• Prepare daily management reports and assist GM with end-of-period packs.
• Register guests, issue room keys, and assist guests with services.
• Process cash/credit transactions and post charges per procedures.
• Book reservations, handle cancellations, and upsell where possible.
• Coordinate with management to resolve discrepancies and maintain front desk operations.
