Qualifications

• Previous Front Desk, Night Audit or hotel operations experience preferred.
• Experience with PMS, POS, and reservations platforms; cash handling accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional guest service during overnight Front Desk operations including check-in/check-out and guest assistance.
• Complete nightly audit procedures including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, processing reports, and closing daily operations.
• Monitor overnight hotel activity and respond promptly to guest requests and operational needs.
• Process guest payments, billing adjustments, cash handling, and PMS transactions accurately.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational, accounting, and occupancy reports for hotel leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel operations, room inventory, reservations systems, guest service standards, and procedures.
• Support overnight room assignments, wake-up calls, and coordination across departments.
• Monitor safety and overnight readiness while following hotel safety policies.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation in Front Desk and lobby areas.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and leadership teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle any other duties as assigned.
