Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor to join our team for overnight supervision. The role covers field-based leadership with a primary schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, requiring flexibility for client needs and events.

Candidates should have PA ACT 235 and a minimum of three years of armed security experience. The ideal candidate will lead officers, coordinate with clients, and maintain professional standards in the field while ensuring coverage and

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification.
• Minimum of 3 years professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, field supervision experience preferred.
• Former law enforcement officers and military personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officers at client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits, post checks, and welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are assigned, present, and performing duties per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, client requests, and operational issues.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and last-minute staffing concerns.
• Provide guidance to officers in the field while maintaining standards.
• Assist with special client events and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate with management, scheduling, officers, and clients.
• Complete required reports and follow-up for field activities.
• Identify and communicate operational concerns to management timely.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE Security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
