Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable, professional Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor to join our team for an overnight field-based supervisory role from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This position requires flexibility as schedules may adjust based on business and client needs.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of armed security experience, PA ACT 235 certification, and strong supervisory capabilities to lead officers in the field while maintaining client relationships and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and the ability to legally perform armed security duties in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, field supervision, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Former law enforcement officers and military personnel are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, employees, and the public.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned locations.
• Ability to work overnight hours and maintain schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in challenging or high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support KRE security officers assigned to various client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits, post checks, and officer welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are properly assigned, present, and performing their duties in accordance with post orders and KRE policies.
• Respond to incidents, officer concerns, client requests, and operational issues as needed.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and addressing last-minute staffing concerns.
• Provide guidance and direction to officers in the field while maintaining professional standards.
• Assist with special client events, assignments, and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate effectively with KRE management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete required reports, documentation, and follow-up related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify and communicate operational concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent KRE Security appropriately at all times.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
