Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking an Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor for overnight work (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This field-based supervisory role requires leadership, client interaction, and steady decision-making in high-pressure situations.

The ideal candidate holds PA ACT 235 certification, has 3+ years of armed security and supervisory experience, and is comfortable traveling between client locations while maintaining professional standards and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and the ability to perform armed security duties.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, or field supervision experience preferred.
• Former law enforcement or military personnel encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours with schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officers at client locations.
• Conduct field visits, post checks, and officer welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are assigned, present, and performing duties per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and operational issues.
• Assist with coverage and last-minute staffing.
• Provide guidance to officers and maintain professional standards.
• Support special events and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate with management, scheduling, officers, and clients.
• Complete required reports and follow-up.
• Identify operational concerns and report to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE at all times.
• Perform other duties as needed.
