Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable, professional Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor for an overnight shift, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. This field-based supervisory role requires leadership of security personnel across client locations and flexibility to adjust hours as needed.

The ideal candidate brings armed security experience, strong communication, and the ability to make sound decisions in the field. Prior supervisory or military/law enforcement background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and the ability to legally perform armed security duties in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory, leadership, field supervision, military, or law enforcement experience is strongly preferred.
• Former law enforcement officers and military personnel are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers assigned to client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits, post checks, and officer welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are properly assigned, present, and performing their duties according to post orders and policies.
• Respond to incidents, officer concerns, client requests, and operational issues as needed.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and addressing last‑minute staffing concerns.
• Provide guidance and direction to officers in the field while maintaining professional standards.
• Assist with special client events, assignments, and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate effectively with management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete required reports and follow‑ups related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify and communicate operational concerns to management in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent KRE Security appropriately.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs.
