Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor to join our overnight team. This field-based supervisory role has a primary schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and covers multiple client locations. Flexibility is required to adjust based on business needs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced armed security professional who can lead by example, respond to changing circumstances, support security personnel in the field, and maintain strong client and management relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and the ability to legally perform armed security duties in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Former law enforcement or military background encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officers at various client locations.
• Conduct field visits, post checks, and welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are present, performing duties per post orders and policies.
• Respond to incidents and client requests, address staffing concerns.
• Provide guidance to officers in the field while maintaining standards.
• Assist with events, temporary coverage, and client continuity.
• Communicate with management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete reports and follow-up related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate them timely.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE Security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
