Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor for overnight field supervision from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This role involves leading officers across client sites, conducting field visits, and ensuring compliance with post orders and company policies.

Ideal candidates have PA ACT 235 certification, at least 3 years in armed security, and supervisory experience. Flexibility, professional conduct, and strong client interaction are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory or field supervision experience preferred.
• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and ability to perform armed duties in PA.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work overnight hours and travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers at client locations.
• Conduct field visits, post checks, and welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are assigned, present, and performing duties per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, concerns, and client requests.
• Assist with staffing coverage and last-minute needs.
• Provide guidance to officers in the field while maintaining standards.
• Assist with client events and temporary coverage requirements.
• Communicate effectively with management, schedulers, officers, and clients.
• Complete reports and follow-up related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate to management promptly.
