Job summary

KRE Security, LLC in Manheim, PA is seeking a dependable Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor. This overnight, field-based supervisory role focuses on leading officers at client locations and ensuring adherence to post orders.

The primary shift runs 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with flexibility to adjust to business needs. The ideal candidate will have PA ACT 235 certification and at least three years of armed security experience, including supervisory duties.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification and the ability to legally perform armed duties in PA.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory or field supervision experience preferred.
• Former law enforcement or military background encouraged.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers at client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits, post checks, and welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are present and performing per post orders.
• Respond to incidents, client requests, and operational issues.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and last-minute staffing.
• Provide guidance to officers while maintaining standards.
• Assist with special events and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate with management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete reports and follow-up related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate them promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE Security.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
