Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking an Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor for an overnight field-based role based on a primary schedule of 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Pennsylvania. The candidate will supervise officers, conduct field visits, and ensure adherence to post orders while maintaining client relationships and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has PA ACT 235 certification, 3+ years armed security experience, and supervisory ability.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania ACT 235 certification to perform armed duties.
• Minimum of 3 years armed security experience.
• Prior supervisory or field supervision experience preferred.
• Former law enforcement or military personnel encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound field decisions.
• Professional interaction with clients, employees, and the public.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support security officers at client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits, post checks, and officer welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are properly assigned, present, and performing duties per post orders and policies.
• Respond to incidents, officer concerns, and client requests.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and last-minute staffing.
• Provide guidance to officers while maintaining professional standards.
• Assist with special client events and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate with management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete reports and follow-up related to field activities and incidents.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE Security at all times.
• Perform other duties as needed.
