Job summary

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a dependable Armed ACT 235 Field Supervisor to join our team for overnight shifts from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This field-based supervisory role requires leading security officers at multiple client locations, ensuring post orders are followed and field operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate will hold PA ACT 235 certification, have at least 3 years of armed security experience, and possess prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• PA ACT 235 certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional armed security experience.
• Supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Former law enforcement or military encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to travel between locations.
• Overnight hours and schedule flexibility.
• Maintain professional demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support officers at client locations.
• Conduct routine field visits and welfare checks.
• Ensure officers are assigned, present, and performing duties per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and client requests as needed.
• Assist with filling coverage needs and last-minute staffing.
• Provide guidance to officers in the field and maintain professional standards.
• Assist with special client events and temporary coverage needs.
• Communicate with management, scheduling personnel, officers, and clients.
• Complete required field reports and follow-up documentation.
• Identify operational concerns and communicate them to management.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent KRE Security at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
