Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in White Bear Lake, MN is seeking a friendly front desk associate to drive new member sign-ups and deliver a positive experience for every guest.

You will greet guests, conduct tours, sign up new members, and assist with account changes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment and providing excellent customer service throughout your shift.

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members to provide a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk duties including info calls, checking members in, signing up new members, and giving tours.
