Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a Front Desk Associate to greet potential members and deliver a positive experience. You will handle front desk duties, info calls, sign-ups, and member tours while assisting with account changes as needed.

The role includes deep-cleaning and ongoing training shifts to keep the club welcoming and spotless. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required, with the ability to stand and walk for much of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs as

Responsibilities

• Greet and meet potential members, providing a positive experience.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club.
• Participate in training and deep-cleaning shifts as scheduled.
