Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a front desk team member to greet potential members and deliver a positive guest experience. You will handle sign-ups, tours, account changes, and front desk inquiries while assisting with member services and maintaining club cleanliness.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift, including occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area.
