Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a front desk associate to greet potential members, handle sign-ups, check-ins, and tours, and ensure a positive member experience.

You will address club questions, forward issues to the Club Manager, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment during four 8-hour shifts. Strong customer service and basic computer skills are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
