Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a friendly front desk associate to welcome potential members and provide an outstanding guest experience. You will greet members, sign up new members, check in, give tours, and handle member account changes with accuracy.

You must deliver strong customer service, listen actively, solve problems, and communicate with diplomacy. The role requires standing/walking most of the shift and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed; comfortable with basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities
