Job summary

Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Cottage Grove, MN is hiring a Front Desk Associate to drive new member sales and deliver a positive member experience. You will greet potential members, lead tours, sign up new members, manage check-ins, and handle account changes with a friendly, professional approach.

You will also handle front desk tasks, answer info calls, support member services, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.

Responsibilities
