Job summary

Planet Fitness in California is seeking a friendly front desk associate to greet potential and existing members, drive a positive first impression, and support member enrollment.

You will handle all front desk tasks, give tours, process sign-ups, answer questions, and assist with account updates while coordinating with the Club Manager.

The role requires strong customer service, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand/walk most of the shift, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
