Zusammenfassung

Pike Corporation is seeking a Groundman to support our overhead distribution construction and maintenance teams. You will assist with building, repairing and maintaining lines and related hardware, reporting to the Foreman.

The job requires physical endurance and a strong commitment to safety, including PPE usage and on-call rotations. Travel may be required, including out-of-state assignments, with extended hours and overtime during outages and emergencies.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license required; ability to obtain CDL within 60 days.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice; extended site work possible.
• Able to perform rigorous physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE protocols.

Aufgaben

• Assist in construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead distribution systems.
• Support installation and repair of lines, poles, insulators and hardware.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment and tools in good working order.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and during outages or emergency calls.
