Job summary

MMI Industrial & Steel is seeking an Overhead Crane & Hoist Project Manager to lead crane, hoist, runway, and material handling projects from kickoff through completion. You will drive profitability, schedule adherence, quality execution, and client satisfaction while coordinating budgets, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5+ years in overhead crane/hoist projects, strong leadership, and working knowledge of OSHA standards and industrial construction

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience managing overhead crane, hoist, or material handling projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client-communication skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial construction practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to target gross profit margin with schedule discipline.
• Coordinate budgets, change orders, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communications.
• Prepare billing, progress reports, and project documentation.
• Support inspections, modernization, and service opportunities when applicable.
