Job summary

MMI in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Industrial Services Project Manager with a relevant bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in industrial facility construction/maintenance. You will lead project planning, coordination with owners/contractors, and ensure schedules, budgets, and safety standards are met.

Qualifications include 5+ years PM experience, strong communication and leadership, and familiarity with PM software. Company benefits available upon employment.

• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
• Familiarity with Quality Control, EH&S standards.
• G능ood knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with owners, general contractors, engineers, architects to determine project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors for profitable agreements.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, materials) with cost controls.
• Plan all project operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet deadlines.
• Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to address inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work and guide laborers and foremen as needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure progress billing is communicated with finance in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.

MMI is looking to hire an Industrial Services Project Manager who has a bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science or relevant field.

Someone that has a minimum of (5) years of Industrial facility construction/maintenance will be considered in lieu of degree.
