Job summary

Jobot seeks an experienced Heavy Industrial Project Manager to oversee complex projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role focuses on budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordinating subcontractors across industrial and commercial facilities in the Midwest.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of PM experience in heavy industrial or large-scale construction, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Primavera P6, and a commitment to safety and quality execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in heavy industrial or large-scale construction.
• Experience from preconstruction through closeout including budgeting, scheduling, procurement and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, and client communication.
• Develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating field operations and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with construction drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Lead and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to achieve project goals.
