Job summary

MMI seeks a Construction Manager to oversee multiple active construction projects and drive execution excellence across the portfolio. You will partner with the Director of Industrial & Steel Services to coordinate resources, monitor performance, and ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance.

You will mentor Project Managers and Superintendents, translate strategy into field actions, identify risks, and pursue continuous improvement across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Extensive experience managing commercial/industrial construction portfolios.
• Proven leadership of project managers and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple active construction projects to ensure portfolio-wide execution.
• Monitor cost, schedule, productivity, quality, and profitability across projects.
• Lead risk reviews and develop recovery plans for projects behind schedule or budget.
• Coach Project Managers and Superintendents to improve performance.
• Ensure documentation, forecasting, reporting, and communication are accurate.
