TV Guide On Screen seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead overhead crane, hoist, runway, and material handling projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, quality execution, and exceptional client satisfaction.

The role oversees budgets, procurement, subcontractors, installation crews, and service coordination while aligning with our values and fostering a collaborative, solution-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience managing construction, industrial, mechanical, or overhead crane projects.
• Experience with overhead crane installation, service, modernization, or inspection preferred.
• Proven dependability and motivation to tackle challenges and drive growth.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction practices, rigging, lifting equipment, and installation processes.
• Proficient with project management tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, Procore, Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects to target gross profit margins.
• Manage schedules and coordinate stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and problem-solving.
• Oversee budgets, change orders, equipment purchases, subcontractor expenses, and forecasts.
• Coordinate design reviews, procurement, installation, and project closeout.
