Job summary

Konecranes in Houston seeks a Project Manager to own and drive crane installation projects from kickoff through commissioning. You will manage budgets, document submittals, and coordinate internal/external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and safety on-site.

Responsibilities include FAT/SAT support, site logistics, and post-mortem reporting, with SAP data handling and clear communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma preferred; PMP is a plus.
• Experience in overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience submitting and managing drawings and submittals.
• Experience with EOT crane manufacturing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and distribute minutes of the meetings.
• Organize and lead internal and external kick-off meetings.
• Own project budget and financial responsibilities.
• Manage project document submittals and deliverables schedule.
• Witness and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Coordinate freight from factory and oversee site activities.
• Manage site wiring and crane commissioning activities.
• Handle customer change orders and site acceptance testing (SAT).
• Prepare O&M manuals and post-mortem reporting.
• Enter and manage SAP data related to the position.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
