Qualifications

• 2 years of Office Administration preferred
• 1 year of Construction office experience preferred
• Construction knowledge is a plus but not required
• Strong problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn
• Organized and can maintain organization when multi-tasking
• Comfortable with Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Work directly with project manager to help implement specific project goals
• Assist with project estimates as well as business development with future clients
• Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing projects
• Process submittals, request for information, shop drawings, and closeout documents
• Liaise between our suppliers and fabricator to ensure production schedules are met
• Weekly coordination with our installation crews to ensure project success and safety
