Qualifications

• 2 years of Office Administration preferred
• 1 year of Construction office experience preferred
• Construction knowledge is a plus but not required
• Strong problem solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Self-motivated, flexible and eager to learn
• Organized and can maintain organization when multi-tasking
• Comfortable with Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process submittals, request for information, shop drawings, and closeout documents

• Material Handling company is hiring an Assistant Project Manager who will support all phases of our busy business.
