Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale service projects, coordinating scope, safety, and financial performance across teams. You will manage vendor relationships, develop installation plans, and ensure timely delivery within budget while maintaining strong customer communications.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of PM experience, engineering/PM education, and strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and communication. Domestic travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• Technical expertise for electrical, mechanical, and field installations relating to the overhead crane industry.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Present kick off meetings with field sales staff, branch personnel and engineers.
• Facilitate on-site client and subcontractor meetings and draft milestone delivery schedules.
• Manage production processes, vendor selection and product standards.
• Develop installation packages and conduct installation meetings to ensure timely delivery within margin expectations.
• Improve project efficiency to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.
