Job summary

Under supervision, you will manage client relationships, ensure data accuracy, compute taxes and payments, and prepare earnings and deduction reports.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree preferred or 2 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly detail oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Strong adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment serving multiple clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and consulting to payroll clients.
• Under supervision, independently manage client relationships and escalate when needed.
• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines, update records, calculate taxes, and reconcile deposits.
• Prepare reports of earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
